Rio Swap -- 2016 is to take place on Wednesday, March 2nd. 

 Doors open at 5 pm for vendors; and 6 pm for the general public; ending at 10 pm.  And, is to be held at:

A vendor table must be reserved in advance. Vendor tables cost a mere $20.00; but, general public admission is free-of-charge.
