“Spring Warm Up Ride”
Saturday May 5, 2012
14th Annual Spring Warm Up Ride
This year's ride will once again benefit The Health District of Northern Larimer County's Tooth Fairy Fund. This fund provides money for dental care for adults and children who cannot afford it. These individuals are unable to pursue healthy activities such as cycling because of untreated dental pain.
Registration will start at 8:30 a.m. for the 62 and 43 mile routes, at 9:00 a.m. for the 26 mile route and 9:30 a.m. for the 12 mile family/novice bike path ride. We will meet for registration at Spring Canyon Park Pavilion and return to this location. There is something for everyone at the Spring Warm Up Ride.
12 mile “FC Bike Trails Route” -
For families and novice riders or those just wanting to explore the joys of cycling, we have a ride of just over 12 miles on the beautiful Spring Creek bike trail.
This is a guided ride including a group safety talk and basic bike maintenance check. This ride will be led by experienced cyclists and is intended to support and encourage entry level riders and families. Ride the beautiful Spring Creek bike trail with a rest stop & refreshments at Edora Park. Return back to Spring Canyon Park for lunch!
Everyone is invited to do this ride in their best "Tooth Fairy" costume to celebrate our alliance with the Health District of Northern Larimer County

Waivers
Due to new requirements of our Club's liability insurance, we are now required to collect liability waivers from our membership on an annual basis. In an effort to establish a baseline for collecting these waivers, we are asking the entire membership to complete waiver forms, even if they have completed one within the last year.
To comply with this requirement, please complete and submit the online waiver form or fill out a paper waiver form and send it to our Membership Director.
To complete the online waiver, you can go here and fill out the form and submit it. If you are an adult, you only need to complete the main waiver form. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor member, please complete the Minor Release on their behalf as well. Once you have submitted the form, confirmed the submission and have been redirected to the confirmation page, you can leave the site.
To complete the hard copy waiver you can download the PDF waiver form and complete the PDF waiver form and send it to:
FCCC Membership Director P.O. Box 273427 Fort Collins, CO 80527-3427
Please complete the waiver by one of the above two methods as soon as possible.
Make a Difference -- Volunteer:
Our many Club-sponsored rides and other activities can only be realized with broad-based volunteer participation. Simply put, the more members who contribute, the more we can, and will achieve.
If you are interested in learning about volunteer opportunities, please contact our Community Involvement Coordinator at volunteers@fccycleclub.org .
Thank you!
