Paceline and safety in group riding training with Steve Douglas. Be prepared to ride at Cottonwood Glen Park, located at the south end of Overland Trail (street), the park with the baseball fields (just north of Spring Creek Park).
We will ride north on Overland Trail, a safe place to train, north through Laporte and back, south.
Steve Douglas is to address Ride Leader responsibilities, and safe ride protocols, including paceline riding.
The presenter, Steve Douglas is an experienced cyclist with more than 40 years of riding, including road, mountain, and gravel biking. Steve has served as a seasoned group ride leader since 2002 in Colorado, and a Cycling Road Marshal for the NJ MS-170. He is active in various cycling organizations and amateur racing. He currently leads the Tuesday/Friday (TFr) ride from the Fort Collins HP campus.

This event is open to all, but registration is required! Guests must e-sign the insurance waiver.
There is to be a social get-together at Intersect Brewing, or perhaps a pot-luck picnic at the park after the ride.
