FORT COLLINS CYCLING CLUB PUBLIC MEETING

Tuesday January 27th at 6:30 P.M. 

 Everyone is welcome to arrive between 5:30 and 6:30 PM for some informal socializing and/or to order your dinner and eat. Dinner is available from the limited, special menu.

 C. B. & Potts Restaurant and Brewery in the Collindale Golf Course clubhouse meeting-room, 1441 E. Horsetooth Road, Fort Collins... 970-226-0148.

 We will be focusing on bike gear and maintenance related topics. 

Our special guest for the January meeting will be Kayla Sankovich from Trek Fort Collins.  She will be answering questions concerning:

• Tubeless tires - pros and cons, setup, maintenance
• Shifting adjustment
• Brake maintenance and adjustment
• Changing tires
• Drivetrain noise and wear - chain waxing vs. conventional chain lubricants
  
• Bearing maintenance (wheels, bottom bracket, headset, pulley wheels)
• Any other questions you have

Members are encouraged to bring guests who are interested in cycling and potentially club membership. We ask that attendees register in advance on the club event calendar to help us coordinate server coverage with the venue.  Note that C.B. & Potts provides the room free of charge, so it's good if we order a reasonable amount of food from the special menu, and drinks.
