Estes Park, Weekend Camping Trip

Registration

  • There are ten half-sites available at cost is $55 for two nights.
    If a registrant wants a full-site to themselves, they need to book two half-sites. That one is to be assigned one full-site.
  • To help coordinate transportation and accommodations. And to let others know you are going to travel there; so communication is more likely, regarding times and places.
    (Registrant may be providing as little as carpool transport or room/camp accommodation.)
    Registration is activated through Sunday August 14th.

August 14th through 16th, 2026 Estes Park Camping

  • A $10 park entry Daily Permit is valid for 24 hours for each vehicle; or, an Annual Entrance Permit. 
  • FCCC would appreciate booking or cancelling by August 1st so we have time to sell the spot, reassign, or cancel. 
  • Cancellation is allowed until six days prior to the event. The Cancellation Fee is $15.10-per-site and is available at any time up to six days prior to arrival.
  • If a registrant wants a full site to themselves, they need to book two half-sites. That registrant is to be assigned one full site.  
  • Bobcat Loop: B31, B32, B33, B34, & B35 (a tent-only site). This arrangement is ideal for socialization! 
  • Each reservation is for one camping unit per half-site. (A camping unit is defined as a wheeled-unit used to sleep in, such as RVs, 5th wheels, trailers, pop-ups, etc.) More wheeled-units are NOT allowed on any half-site, but one or two ground tents are allowed. If the site has only tents, it can have up to 4 tents. (Call 970-619-4570 with questions.) 
Friday check-in and set-up: Hermit Park, after noon.
Sunday brunch suggestions: 10 AM, You Need Pie, Bakery and Diner, or The Notchtop Bakery & Cafe. (Hermit Park check-out time is 11 AM; so if you don't believe you'll have time after brunch, you should probably check-out before it.)
